The HiTemp150-TSK is a kit that includes a HiTemp150 data logger and thermal shield. This durable system can withstand temperatures up to 250°C (482°F). The device is easy to use, simply activate the logger, open the enclosure, insert the HiTemp150, thread the probe through the end cap and latch it back onto the barrier body. The system is then ready to use. The HiTemp150-TSK is built for applications that require extreme temperature monitoring, such as peanut roasting and food processing.

The HiTemp150FP-TSK is a temperature data logging system that includes a HiTemp150FP temperature data logger and thermal shield. This durable system can withstand temperatures up to 250°C (482°F). The device is easy to use, simply activate the data logger and place in the monitoring area. This device’s high memory capacity allows it to measure and record data and hold up to 32,767 readings. When monitoring is complete, data can be downloaded to a computer for analysis and record keeping. The HiTemp150FP-TSK is built for applications that require extreme temperature monitoring, such as with food and meat processing. It can be run through the entire cooking and cooling process to provide a thorough temperature profile for analysis.

The LF101A is a complete data logging system that accurately measures and records leaf wetness. Not only does it record the presence of water but also logs the amount of water on the sensor. The sensor responds to environments the same way a real leaf does and can also detect when ice is present. This low cost system comes complete with a data logger, weatherproof enclosure and leaf wetness sensor. The LF101A is ideal for plant disease forecasting, irrigation studies and monitoring frost cycles. It features a multiple start/stop function, ultra-high speed download capability, 1 million reading storage capacity, optional memory wrap, battery life indicator, optional password protection, programmable alarms and more. An IFC200 interface cable and software is required for use with the LF101A. The device can be started and stopped directly from a computer using the MadgeTech Software.

MadgeTechs LNDS, Liquid Nitrogen Data Logging System, is an ultra-low temperature measurement system created specifically for the monitoring of temperature sensitive substances that need to be preserved at cryogenic temperatures. The LNDS can be mounted to the top or outer of a cryo-shipper or freezer, and the probe sheath can be inserted into the tank. The user can then directly view the internal temperature through the LCD on the logger. Also, a variety of probe sizes are available. MadgeTechs LNDS is easily user programmable with pre-selected sample rates from between 2 seconds to 24 hours, and it features a programmable start time and date, up to six months in advance. The 8-button membrane keypad and large LCD provides the user with the ability to view the current reading, minimum, maximum, and average statistics, in real-time. The nonvolatile memory will retain data even if AC and battery power are lost. Also, the 9-volt battery it runs on is both user-replaceable and cost effective. The Liquid Nitrogen Monitoring System includes the TCTemp2000 data logger with thermocouple probe, and 9 volt AC wall mounted power adapter.

The Motor101A measures and records on and off status changes for motors or other equipment drawing up to 200 Amps. The state change occurs when the current switch exceeds the 150mA set point. This allows for most basic equipment to be monitored. The current switch monitors whether there is current passing through a wire around which it is clamped. When the current exceeds 150mA’s, the output changes and provides a voltage for the Motor101A to measure. The device can hold up to 406,323 state changes, but memory will only be used if the status has changed. The device can be programmed to check for status changes 4 times per second up to once every 24 hours. The Motor101A-NC includes the data logger and current switch. The Motor101A-C includes a data logger, current switch and an IFC200 interface cable.

The Rain101A is a complete system to accurately measure and record rainfall over long periods of time. It comes complete with an Event101A data logger, weatherproof enclosure, tipping bucket rain gauge, 50’ of cable and the IFC200 interface cable and software package. It can record up to 6” of rainfall every hour and 131” of rainfall total. The Rain101A only records to memory when rainfall is present, maximizing the amount of time the system can record. Using the logger’s built-in Engineering Units, the data can be offloaded and displayed in user-specified units (eg. inches, centimeters). The software can “totalize” the rain bucket tips, allowing easy viewing of the accumulated rainfall over the time period of interest. The Rain101A features a 10 year battery life, 4Hz reading rate, a multiple start/stop function, ultra-high speed download capability, 406,323 reading storage capacity, optional memory wrap, battery life indicator, optional password protection and more.

The SMR101A is a small, battery powered, soil moisture data logger in a weatherproof enclosure. It provides accurate volumetric water content measurements over a complete range from dry to saturated. The SMR101A has a 10 month battery for long-term deployments and soil studies, over multiple seasons. It also features a 4Hz reading rate, a multiple start/stop function, ultra-high speed download capability, 1,000,000 reading storage capacity, optional memory wrap, battery life indicator, optional password protection, and more. The SMR101A comes with the EC-5, a high accuracy soil moisture probe (pictured above), with a response time of 10ms, that can be used in all soil types. For easy soil moisture analysis and trend information, MadgeTech software provides a time and date stamped graph. This data may be viewed, printed or exported to third-party programs (Excel, etc…) for more detailed analysis and irrigation management. Soil moisture data is essential in determining and scheduling irrigation for proper plant growth, care and research. This data is also useful in determining the health of the soil and plant root systems.

The ThermoVault1000-FP system comes with a stainless steel thermal barrier and a Temp1000FP data logger. This durable system can withstand temperatures up to 230°C when completely submerged and 350°C in dry heat applications (enclosure o-ring removed). The ThermoVault1000-FP is easy to use, simply open the enclosure, insert the Temp1000FP, thread the probe through the end cap and latch it back onto the barrier body. The Thermovault1000-FP is built for use in applications that required extreme temperature monitoring, such as with furnace profiling, geothermal down-hole recording, and oven data logging
